Indications- Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Neuralgia, Sciatica, and Neuritis.

Mode of Action- Guggulsterones (E & Z) present in Commiphora mukul act as potent anti-inflammatory agents, inhibiting inflammatory pathways such as NF-κB, which helps in reducing joint swelling, stiffness, and pain. Promotes  the synthesis of haemoglobin and raising serum ferritin levels to treat iron-deficiency anaemia and reduce chronic fatigue. Helps in nourishing the nervous system, assisting in the treatment of neuromuscular conditions. It enhances digestive fire and clears metabolic toxins (Ama) from the blood and plasma channels, improving nutrient absorption.

• Dosage: Generally 250–500 mg,  twice daily, after meals with warm water or milk.
• Side Effects: While generally safe, excessive dosage may lead to mild GI distress or constipation.
• Precautions: It is essential to use it under the supervision of a qualified Ayurvedic physician.
